Rate:  $239 per night

Renaissance Nashville Hotel

Travel

The closest airport to the Music City Convention Center is Nashville International Airport (BNA) which is approximately 8 miles away from downtown Nashville.

Airline Discounts

Delta Airlines:  Reservations and ticketing is available via www.delta.com.  When booking online, select Book a Trip, click on More Search Options and enter the meeting code, NMQKL, in the box provided on the Search Flight page.  Reservations may also be made by calling Delta Meeting reservations at (800) 328-1111 Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. CDT.  Additional fees may apply.

United Airlines:  Save an additional 3% by booking your own airfare online at www.united.com.  Choose your flight times and access your discount by inserting ZE4R642749 in the Offer Code box.  Or call your travel professional or United Meetings at (800) 426-1122 for reservations.  Refer to Z Code: ZE4R and Agreement Code: 642749.  (A $25 service fee will be collected for all tickets issued through United Meetings Reservation Desk).

Music City Center Parking Information

The garage is located on 6th Avenue and Demonbreun, directly across from the south entrance to Bridgestone Arena. There are three entrances to the garage: one on 7th Avenue and Demonbreun and two on 6th Avenue between Demonbreun and Korean Veterans Boulevard.

Parking rates:
$10 for 15 minutes to 5 hours
$15 for 5 to 9 hours
$20 for 9 to 12 hours
$25 for lost ticket or daily max

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

The parking garage offers nine electric vehicle charging stations, three on each level. Spaces are indicated on the map and applicable charges apply at all stations. For more information on our charging stations on others in the downtown area, visit www.blinknetwork.com.

Accessible Parking

Handicap Parking is available in the MCC parking garage on a first-come, first-serve basis and is located on all three levels next to the elevators
